HEAT TREATED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CRATES

HEAT TREATED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CRATES

HEAT TREATED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CRATES

We are a certified manufacturer of Heat Treated pallets and crates, bearing Pacific Lumber Inspections Bureau certification. We are registered to build certifiable crates for exporting overseas. All materials used to manufacture these products have been heat treated to conform to international regulations.  We can stamp the crates to certify that they are heat treated (HT) to meet ISPM 15 regulation.

If you plan on shipping internationally, you may be required to use certified shipping crates, pallets and dunnage.

Vapor Sealing

Oftentimes overseas shipments can sit on cargo docks and be exposed to high levels of humidity depending on their destination.  Items that have metal surfaces or electronics can be severely damaged from salt water and humidity corrosion.  Prevent such costly damage to your products by having us vapor seal your items prior to packaging in shipping containers, crates, skids or pallets.

Vapor sealing is not only important for international or truck shipping, but air shipments as well.  With the extreme change in altitude and temperature, products are prone to excessive condensation.

For your convenience we will package your products for you at your location or ours.  Foam packaging will be used for fragile items.  Desiccant packages can be included in shipping containers to protect against condensation damage in long distance cargo shipments.
